Chuck Prophet - Fabchannel

Chuck Prophet’s career took off as teenage guitar player of the country rock band Green On Red. After they had disbanded in 1992, Chuck focused entirely on his solo career. Two years earlier he had already released his solo debut ‘Brother Aldo’. Chuck is inspired by the lyrics of Bob Dylan and Keith Richards’ and Eric Clapton’s guitar-playing.
Prophet broke through with 1997’s ‘Homemade Blood’, a live-in-the-studio set. His songs are a mix of different styles of rock like country, americana and southern rock. Chuck Prophet has recorded 10 albums so far of which ‘Soap and Water’ (2007)is the latest.
